How to make a claim – Motor Insurance
If you are involved in a motor accident, please call our 24 hour claims line on:
0330 999 7080 (Charged at local rate)
In the event of an accident:
- Stay calm
- Do not admit any fault
- Obtain details of the other driver (name, address, phone number, registration, insurer name and policy/certificate number)
- Obtain the name, address and phone number of any witnesses
- Make note of the accident date, time and exact location
- Call the police if anyone is hurt or the other driver refuses to give their details, or refuses to stop.
