How we’ll identify ourselves when we call

When a member of our team calls you, we’ll always introduce ourselves as being from GSI Insurance and take you through the correct security checks before discussing any details about your policy.
A genuine call from us will never ask for your full password or PIN, pressure you into making an urgent payment, or request remote access to your devices.
