GSI Achieve Feefo Gold Service Award

GSI Insurance Services (Southern) Limited are pleased to declare that we have won a Feefo Gold Service award following the February 2017 announcement. The award is described as “an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, rated by real customers”

We began using Feefo back in 2016 as part of an ongoing process to make sure we’re delivering the very best customer service experience that we can. It has been a great learning experience for us as a company, and clearly a very useful one, as it has helped us to collect their highest accolade in this years’ awards.

In order to meet the criteria, we needed to collect at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2016 and December 31st 2016, with an achieved service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0.
